How do I cancel a transaction?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently cancel withdrawals or reverse deposits once they have been initiated. However, we do plan to add this function in the near future. In the meantime, you can reach out to [email protected] for help with your transaction.

You also have the option to deposit new funds after making a withdrawal. Deposits become available within one business day.

You can also withdraw your deposits after 10 days (Apex Clearing, our brokerage partner, requires deposits to remain for 10 days as part of their standard anti-money laundering procedures). Withdrawals take 3 to 5 business days to complete, and we’ll send an email for confirmation.

Additionally, you can tap Account Settings > Transactions to view all transactions, both completed and pending.
