Cancel subscription, liquidate funds and close account

To close your account, follow these steps:

1. Tap Account Settings

2. Select Close Account

3. Confirm in the next screen by tapping Close Account

4. Select Permanently close account

Before closing your account, you will need to liquidate your investments. Here's how:

1. Tap on the Move Money icon in the lower right corner of your dashboard

2. Select Withdraw Money

3. Select Withdraw All

4. Select Continue

5. Select Continue with Liquidation

You can also email us at [email protected] and someone will assist you with account liquidation.

Please keep in mind that our brokerage partner, Apex Clearing, requires deposits to remain in your account for 10 days before it can be withdrawn as part of their standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures (this is the standard for much of Wall Street). So, if you recently deposited funds, you'll need to wait 10 days from the deposit date.

If your money is held in cash, a withdrawal could go out in the next business day. If your money is invested in Investments Kits, it'll take a few days to sell your assets (our AI sells all of the assets in each Kit at optimal times during the trade window) and transfer the money to your bank. The entire withdrawal process can take up to 7 business days:

  • Sale of assets: 3-4 business days

  • Transfer to bank: 2-3 business days

You can check the progress of your account liquidation request on your dashboard, which reflects all pending transactions.
