If you need to change your password, go to your Account and tap “Sign In & Security.”
If you can't remember your password
If you aren’t using Face ID, tap Forgot Password on the login page of your mobile app to send a password-reset email to your email address on file.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or any other email addresses you could have used to sign up.
After you receive the password-reset email, you will be prompted to select a new password. Please make sure you choose an entirely new password. If you try to enter the same one, you won’t be able to login.
